Our Food: We don’t buy all organic. Frankly, you shouldn’t either. We do try our best to buy organic when it comes to things like strawberries, spinach, kale, nectarines, apples, grapes, peaches, cherries, pears, tomatoes, celery, and potatoes. Although we don’t believe that animal protein should be the star or main attraction in your diet, we do believe that eating organic, humanely sourced meat is the best. Due to cost and volume constraints, our meat isn’t all organic. It is a goal in the future.
Our Philosophy: We believe in eating real food. That doesn’t mean that we’re perfect. Believe me, we’re far from it. We’re like you, just trying to get better every single day. We believe that if you’re going to eat meat, it should be seen more as a condiment rather than the main attraction on your plate. Rather, the vegetables should be the star. With nuts, seeds, and whole grains playing supporting roles.
