Peanut Butter and Blueberry Jelly Chia Pudding (Breakfast or Snack Option)

Take the flavors of a PB&J sandwich and turn it into a healthy breakfast or snack. We take a creamy chia seed pudding and add top it with a house-made blueberry compote, peanut butter, blueberries, blackberries, and chopped pistachios.

Serve cold.

Ingredients: Almond Milk – Unsweetened, Blueberries, Chia Seeds, Peanut Butter, Honey*, Blackberries, Pistachios


*Note this recipe does contain honey and some vegans avoid honey.


Chia Seeds

Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. They may improve digestive health, blood levels of heart-healthy omega-3s, and risk factors for heart disease and diabetes.


Almonds lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and are packed with vitamin E, magnesium and potassium, which helps oxygen and nutrients flow more freely through the blood.
